Plans and billing

Every plan gets the full endpoint catalog, and commercial use is permitted on every plan, Free included. Free, Dev and Pro differ in daily request volume, and the SLA covers Dev and Pro, not Free (see Status and support).

Free is a permanent plan, not a trial: no time limit and no credit card. Registering issues a Free key at once.

The daily quota belongs to the account, not to a key. The plan sets how many keys the account can create: 2 on Free, 5 on Dev, 10 on Pro. All of them draw on one budget, and the counter resets at 00:00 UTC. See Rate limits and errors.

Buying a plan

A plan link takes you straight to payment:

plan is dev or pro, cadence is monthly or annual, for example https://app.sugra.ai/subscribe/pro/annual. Without an account, the link asks you to register or sign in, then continues to the card form. Payment runs on Stripe Checkout. A company can enter its VAT or tax ID on the card form, and it is printed on the first invoice.

Once the payment clears, every key of the account moves to the new plan. The keys stay the same: there is nothing to replace in your code, and the next response already reports the new x-ratelimit-limit.

In the dashboard, app.sugra.ai/plans shows the same plans with a button for each.

Changing or cancelling a plan

Manage the subscription at app.sugra.ai under Developer, Billing:

Change plan: switch between Dev and Pro. As a subscriber, a plan link opens a confirmation in the Stripe billing portal for the new price, never a second subscription. The change is prorated and invoiced at once.

Manage in Stripe portal: cancel, update the payment method, or add a company name, address or tax ID for later invoices.

A plan change applies to your keys immediately. The requests the account made earlier the same UTC day still count toward the new plan's limit.

No plan change deletes a key. After a move to a lower plan, a cancellation included, keys above the new limit keep working, and the dashboard creates a new key only when the account holds fewer than the limit.

Renewal, receipts and refunds

Paid subscriptions are paid in advance for each billing period and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes.

Every payment sends a receipt email with the invoice number and a link to the invoice and its PDF.

Fourteen-day money-back guarantee: a first-time subscriber on a paid plan who writes to support@sugra.systems within 14 days of the first charge gets that charge refunded. It applies once per subscriber, and not to renewals, upgrades or later subscriptions.

Otherwise fees are non-refundable. On a downgrade, Sugra may issue pro-rata service credits at its discretion.

Before you run out

The account gets an email at 80% of the daily quota and another when it is spent. On Free and Dev both carry the next plan's link. Over the quota, requests return 429 until 00:00 UTC. Every data call made with an accepted key, the 429 included, reports what is left in x-ratelimit-remaining; the dashboard at app.sugra.ai shows usage per key.
