OperationId:crypto_derivatives_asset_funding

Current funding rate of the asset's perpetual futures, normalized to an 8-hour
period and weighted by each venue's open interest. A positive rate means long
positions pay short ones: a crowded-long market. Refreshes every 2 minutes.
