Official statistics for every place of a type inside a region

Returns one value per place for every place of one type inside a parent place, for example every county of California (parent=06&type=county) or every NUTS 2 region of Germany (parent=DEU&type=nuts2). All rows come from one agency. date=latest (the default) gives each place's latest value; a year, month or day gives the value for that period. At most 5,000 rows: a larger request answers 413, narrow it with a smaller parent.
