List every disaggregation dimension recognised by the World Health Organization Global Health Observatory (WHO GHO). 185 entries in total covering spatial axes (COUNTRY, REGION, UNSDGREGION), demographic axes (SEX, AGEGROUP, WEALTHQUINTILE, RESIDENCEAREATYPE), and indicator-specific axes (TB_CASETYPE, HIV_POLICY, TOBACCO_INDICATOR, and many more). Use the returned codes with /dimension/{code}/values to discover the allowed values for a specific axis.
