OperationId:forex_latest

Get the latest ECB Euro reference rates.

Base currency is always EUR.

symbols: Optional comma-separated currency codes to filter. If omitted, all ~30
currencies are returned.

Updated ~16:00 CET on business days. The response date field reflects the
reference date of the rates, not the current time.
