Search cities / urban areas from the JRC Global Human Settlement Functional Urban Areas (GHS-FUA) dataset by name, bounding box, and optional ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country filter. The returned id is suitable for use as city_id on emission queries. Data sourced from Climate TRACE under CC BY 4.0.
