Cosine and Jaccard similarity of each 10-K section (Item 1A Risk Factors, Item 7 MD&A) between a company's latest 10-K and the prior-year 10-K, fetched on demand from SEC EDGAR Archives. A LOW similarity is a documented red-flag (firms that materially change disclosure language tend to underperform). Needs two 10-Ks; a newly listed company with only one returns 404 insufficient_history. Ticker or CIK accepted. DESCRIPTIVE analytic, not investment advice.
