Panama Canal daily transits (operator record)

Yesterday's actual arrivals and transits at the Panama Canal from the Autoridad del Canal de Panama Daily Customer Report, section D. This is the canal operator's own administrative record of transits it authorised, not a derived AIS count, so it is unaffected by jamming or dark transits. Observation date is the day before the report date because the heading reads YESTERDAY. meta.data_time is that observation date. meta.stale follows ingest liveness on retrieved_at.
