Full currency reference panel.

Default (all / daily): Banca d'Italia latestRates, unique ISO, daily.
If Italy is silent, the Uzbekistan central bank book. If both are silent,
ECB daily plus Narodowy Bank Polski Table A (daily) and Table B (weekly).
weekly is always the NBP Table B Wednesday book. Each row carries its
fixing date, cadence, and source (bdi, cbu, ecb, or nbp). Quote
convention matches /latest: units of currency per 1 base. Default
base is USD. /latest stays the EUR-only ECB snapshot.

Central-bank reference, not a tradable rate.
